Christmas Activities - Weekend 2

Friday evening we attended Christmas Fest at the Natural Science Museum. We enjoyed lots of Christmas lights, a train ride, hot cider, caroling, and a puppet show. Santa was there, but Victoria was feeling a bit shy that evening. She wouldn't go over and say hello. Gabriel was happy to visit and I was able to snap a picture right before he leaped from the lap!
The next morning was a Christmas party at the church and the Bolton Christmas parade. Victoria got some Mardi Gras training under her belt and was diving for candy like a real pro. The Halloween candy that I had slowly been making disappear (in the trash - not in my belly) has now been replaced with parade candy.
Planning to drive the kids around this evening to look at some Christmas lights.
I am super excited that my brother & his family should be arriving in Mississippi sometime tomorrow afternoon. It has been way too long and I have a new niece to meet! Actually, my brother will be meeting BOTH of my kids for the first time!
