Let's Go Walkin'

Victoria was very concerned about why I was in "exercise clothes" early Saturday morning. She kept asking why I was going to walk on the treadmill and said that it was too early (I always jog at night). Em & I headed out in frigid temps for our first 5k walk. We gained some great experience with the race process and ended placing 1st & 2nd, respectively, in our age group. Had we stuck around after the race, we both would have gotten medals. Oh well...now we know!

I have received a couple of very encouraging notes from Victoria's teacher this past month saying how proud she is of her progress!

Grammy walked in during bathtime the other night and snapped some pics of one of my hairstyling masterpieces.
