Last weekend, we had friends and family over to celebrate Gabriel's 4th birthday with a Spiderman party. We played games and went crazy with silly string in the yard. I soon realized that the 15 cans of silly string weren't nearly enough. The weather was warm and all of the kids (& adults) were able to enjoy being outside. He had so much fun playing with his friends & cousins.
I found a 3-foot tall Spiderman balloon and it was a hit, as well! Gabriel just couldn't stop smiling and laughing when we first showed him the balloon. Now, Spiderman is still in my house lurking in the corners; keeping watch and occasionally making me jump into the air before I realize what I'm actually seeing.
It was a great party and today is the day. To the handsome little guy that knows just when I need a kiss or hug, tells me I'm beautiful, says the funniest things, takes care of me & his sister, loves big, and brings great joy to my life; enjoy the happiest of birthdays and let's continue to celebrate many, many more together!
