Truckin'

We have covered some serious ground this past week. We headed home to Mississippi to attend a family reunion on my Mom's side, to have a Dedication Ceremony for Gabriel Alejandro in the church, and to have a birthday party for Victoria.

We left Houston mid-morning on Monday and traveled to New Orleans. We stayed overnight with our good friends, Frank & Marcela. The next morning I went to an appointment with my doctor and we took off for MS after that. I bought the kids a portable dual screen DVD player for the car. Gabriel will enjoy that a bit more later on. It was money very well spent!!! Victoria was entertained and neither of them fussed or cried the entire time we were in the car.



A rare occurance last night deserved documentation. Gabriel took a nap (on his sister's pink comforter) yesterday afternoon!
