What a Museum!

We traveled to Jackson last weekend to meet up with Scott, Carla & their girls and pay a visit to the new Mississippi Children's Museum. Victoria had already been once before with her cousins. Wow! There were so many activities and things to see that I feel, after 2 hours, we only scratched the surface. The kids had a great time! It was lunch with the Melgars afterwards and home to rest after an action-packed morning.

Mom & I were able to join my grandmother for a Mississippi Symphony performance last Saturday night. My grandmother looked ravishing in her faux fur lined black coat and pearls. It was a fun evening!

Victoria has been doing so well in school. I am so proud to see her jump excitedly into the car every day and tell me what fun things happened. Some days she does "nothing" and other days it takes the entire ride home for her to finish telling me all about her morning.
Gabriel is one of the friendliest little guys around. He is always talking to, laughing with and engaging every person he encounters. Such a little gentleman! I think he has turned numerous people's frowns upside down. Ha!
