Who signs up to run a half marathon because there is a sale?!? This girl does! The day I was simply checking it out there happens to be a discount of $55 off the registration fee. I guess it was meant to be. Wasn't really in the market for running a half marathon, but I could not pass up a deal like that!

So, start making plans to head to New Orleans on March 4th! I'll need lots to spur me (in addition to the free beer) on to cross the finish line.
