Magic Kingdom - Round 3

Monday was our last day at Disney. We drove to the Polynesian for our breakfast date with Lilo & Stitch. We were given Hawaiian leis upon our arrival and were treated to another delicious meal. I must say - all of the food we had for our table-service meals was really delicious. Mickey Mouse had some real fun with Gabriel that morning at the table. We also got to see Pluto again and Lilo & Stitch did not disappoint. After our yummy breakfast, we headed to the resort's monorail boarding station and rode in style the short trip over to Magic Kingdom. We caught the full length of one of the shows in front of Cinderella's castle we'd been watching bits & pieces of the other days. We just took our time and let the kids decide which rides they wanted to do again. Mom & I were certain we caught another showing of Mickey's PhilharMagic. We grabbed some lunch and headed back to our hotel to do some packing. The plan was to pack what we could that afternoon and then head back to MK later in the day. It was a Harvest Moon that evening and Mom really wanted to get some pictures of it over Cinderella's Castle. We made our way back over around 5:30 and rode some more rides in Tomorrowland. Mom & I were determined to ride Space Mountain while we were there. We took turns staying with the kids. It was fun! The moon was gorgeous, the kids had fun and we even caught some of the Main St. Electrical Parade. As we were heading back to Pop Century, we were all able to view the amazing fireworks display. What a perfect ending to a really wonderful week!
We headed back to Mississippi early the next morning and made it home around 6 p.m. The trip really was everything I had hoped and the kids were wonderful. I hope they enjoyed it as much as we did.
With Gabriel's spending money he purchased two light up bouncy balls, a small die-cast monorail train and the only other thing he wanted was a $70 Mack truck filled with cars (from the movie Cars). He had not asked for anything (except the train) all week, but when he saw that truck...he had to have it. My answer was, "it's your money, buddy!"
Victoria bought approximately one stuffed animal per day of the trip. She knew exactly what she wanted each day and would obsess about having it until I told her she could buy it at the end of the day. Here is a picture with the collection! This is over $100 worth of stuffed animals, but that's what she loves and that is all she wanted.
